The word is out… The KBCO team has expanded!
Join us in welcoming Rob Biedermann to the team.
Since we like to keep it real around here, we thought we’d do a little Q & A with Rob so you can get to know him.
Q1: What is your favorite thing about being a real estate agent?
I know it’s cliche, but getting to help people with one of the biggest decisions of their lives is such a privilege. Knowing that they chose me to guide them through the process fills me with pride every time it happens.
Q2: What was your favorite home bought or sold with a client?
You always remember your first time, right? It was my first, a duplex in South St. Louis. A friend of mine had been renting it out and wanted to do a 1031 exchange. So not only was it my first but it threw a bunch of complex variables into the mix. We sold it for full asking price within a week.
Q3: What is your favorite closing day memory?
I was referred to a gentleman whose parents had recently passed. He was charged with handling their estate, including keeping the mortgage and bills current on their now empty home. As someone who has dealt with that very situation I know how stressful it can be. The look of relief on his face when we closed on the sale on that home will always be one of my favorite closing day memories.
Q4: What did you want to be when you grew up?
Starting Pitcher: St. Louis Cardinals. Not ruling it out just yet.
Q5: Where did you go to high school?
Proud Oakville Tiger
Q6: Do you love Starbucks as much as the KBs?
Definitely not as much as the KBs (do you guys own stock in the company or what?), but I’ve been known to indulge in a Vanilla Latte from time to time.
Q7: What is your number one travel destination dream?
Pre-kids: any bustling European capital. With kids: a quiet beach with a full cooler.
Now for his house style…
Carpet or hardwood floors?
Carpet in the bedroom, hardwood everywhere else.
Country or city?
City with access to country.
Open floor plan or divided rooms?
Open
Light or dark kitchen?
Light
Fixer upper or move in ready?
Fixer upper
WELCOME, ROB!
