“I have tried to write this review several times but words always seem inadequate to describe the exceptional experience I had working with Cindy Timpone (and team). Before finding Cindy, I had been looking for a home for over a decade, had worked with several real estate agents, and had all but given up on my dreams of homeownership. I wanted to be in love with a house before making the plunge. Cindy was patient with me and looked at a plethora of houses with me until I found the one that I fell in love with that was also within my budget. Its worth mentioning that i didnt have a very large budget either which makes the amount of work she did for me all the more impressive (and shows her integrity). She was extremely knowledgeable about homes and would often point out items (good and bad) that I might have otherwise missed. She is extremely detailed and meticulous. She made extra effort to understand my wishes/needs. She was always available, even when I didn't expect her to be and would keep me fully apprised of any potential unavailability (birth of a new family member, for example). She was so available that we even made the final deal with the seller while she was at a play at the Fox (working during intermission, my goodness!) and I was at a concert. I cannot fully describe how hard she works for her clients. Why? Because she truly cares! She gave me recommendations for industry professionals (inspectors, handyman, contractors, etc). After the deal was made but before the closing date, she gave me good insights as to possible outcomes of options available to me so that I could make fully informed decisions (with survey issues and minor inspection items, for example). She went so far beyond what I could have ever expected. I am convinced that I never could have achieved my dream of homeownership if it weren't for Cindy.”
