We can’t believe it’s been 8 years since KB Collective was formed. All of the showings, listing appointments, tough conversations, new introductions, closing day celebrations and everything in between has led to more success and growth throughout the years than we could have imagined. We are so proud of how far we’ve come as a team, and we couldn’t have done it without our loyal clients and top-notch industry partners. Thank you so much for your continued support and trust!

2014-2017: Kaitlyn created the Barks Realty Group and sold real estate part time. 1 agent, $10.6M in sales, 52 clients served.
2018: Kristen joined forces with Kaitlyn full-time, and the KB Collective brand was born. 2 agents, $13.7M in sales, and 49 clients served.
2019: 2 agents, $21.2M in sales, and 73 clients served.
2020: 3 agents + 1 transaction coordinator, $25.6M in sales, and 94 clients served.
2021: 4 agents, 37.6M in sales, and 115 clients served.
