Buyers, help us help you!

We want to help you find your dream home! Now more than ever, as inventory is down nearly 50% from this time last year*, it’s critical that we are on the same page and have a strong understanding of what you are looking for and what truly matters to you.

Here are some tips for what you can do to make the process as smooth as possible:

  1.  Send the address with your soonest availability. Is there a property you would like to see? Send us the address along with your soonest availability (a time or two), so we can get you in quickly! With COVID precautions in place (no two buyers in the home at the same time) and high demand for listings right now, showing times at new listings are booking up FAST! We’d love to get you in ASAP– response time and speed matter in this market!
  2. Don’t be afraid to give feedback. Feedback on the homes you’re viewing is so important. If we don’t know exactly why a specific home isn’t ‘the one’, it’s tough to adjust for future contenders. You won’t offend us – we’re here to help YOU!
  3. Be thinking long-term – let’s vision together! Is it the paint throwing you off? Let’s talk about that! It can be changed, and we can help you envision the potential in a home! Or is the price just $5k more than you want to spend? This may be more minor of an issue than you think. The average buyer stays in their home for multiple years, so let’s try and envision the possibilities and potential of a home together instead of what’s right in front of us at the moment!
  4. Who are the decision-makers in the process? Does your mother’s opinion of the home matter greatly to you? Is your significant other going to move in with you in a few months and you want their opinion too? Let’s talk about that! We want to be sure to include all the right people from the start!

Buying a home is a big decision, and we want to support you in every way we can! Don’t be afraid to talk to your trusted real estate professional about the things that matter to YOU!
